XLovation provides product development support including concept development, design, prototyping, sourcing, manufacturing assistance, and optional IP support. Service details, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in the official service agreement signed before project start.
2. Intellectual Property
All original ideas, drawings, and product concepts submitted by the client remain the client’s property.
XLovation does not claim ownership of your idea.
Any assets created by XLovation (design files, technical sheets, specifications) are transferred to the client once the agreed payment has been completed.
3. Confidentiality & NDA
All shared information, files, and ideas are kept strictly confidential.
A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed upon request before sharing sensitive information.
4. Payments
Payment schedules will be defined in your service agreement.
Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Prices may vary depending on scope, material requirements, and changes requested during the project.
5. Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided based on the scope of work.
Delays caused by suppliers, shipping, or incomplete client information are outside our control.
6. Third-Party Suppliers
XLovation works with trusted manufacturing partners; however, we do not guarantee the performance, timelines, or quality of third-party facilities. We help coordinate communication and production management, but final manufacturing outcomes depend on the factory.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Approving or requesting revisions on time
Paying invoices on schedule
Ensuring their idea does not infringe on any existing patents
8. Limitation of Liability
XLovation is not responsible for:
Manufacturing errors by third parties
Loss of revenue or business
Shipping delays or damages
Patent approval outcomes
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
